Furla was founded by Italian accessories trader,
Aldo Furlanetto, in 1927. The company passed into the hands of his
children, Giovanna, and Carlo in the 70s whereupon the business went
international. Claiming the inspiration of femininity and elegance,
Furla is also accentuated with "techno-artisan"
elements which distinguish this line from other upscale designers such
as Chanel and Louis Vuitton.
